Capital & M&A
Our role combines buy-side and sell-side experience, allowing us to speak both the language of Chinese industry and that of international capital.
We integrates Chinese and Western capital resources and will lead the establishment of a special private equity fund as an international investment guidance fund and overseas acceleration platform Silk Road3 . The supporting guidance group will provide targeted investment advisory services for enterprises, directly reaching international investable standards for joint investment, and helping enterprises execute and expand their international strategies.
